We just finalized the plans with the architect. We’ve been very intentional. It’s our goal to fully utilize and maximize every inch of this building. We’ve researched, we’ve planned, and we’re quite happy with the drawings. I guess that’s the benefit of being a 13 year-old church. We aren’t coming into this blind or unaware. We know what we need. We know who we are. This is so much more exciting than planting Destiny the first time.
With all the talk of newness, I need to take some time to highlight what isn’t going to be new. The people that have been faithful. The people that have stood strong through all the invisible building. They are what make Destiny, well, Destiny. Our team is outstanding. They are some of the best that this world has to offer. They are the salt of the earth. They look like Jesus. They act like Jesus. They aren’t perfect, but they are a reflection of His heart. Thank you to everyone that has taken this ride with us. You are The Church.
