Why We’re Writing, and Why It Matters

We’re not starting this blog because we needed one more thing to do. We’re starting it because we believe discipleship should show up in more places than just Sunday mornings.

Faith was never meant to be confined to a building or a one-hour time slot. It was meant to shape how we live, how we think, how we respond, and how we grow. Every day. In every season.

That’s where this blog comes in.

We’re calling it Destiny in the Making, not just because it ties to our name, but because it reflects the process every believer is walking through. Becoming more like Jesus. Learning to trust Him more. Letting go of what holds us back and stepping fully into what He’s called us to.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Short devotionals to start your day with purpose

  • Encouragement for when life feels heavy

  • Practical truth rooted in Scripture

  • Leadership thoughts that challenge and equip

  • Real stories from real people chasing after God

This won’t be fluff. It won’t be perfect. But it will be honest, intentional, and centered on the Word of God.

Our prayer is that every time you read a post, you’ll take one step closer to Jesus. That something will stir in your spirit. That conviction will lead to action. That encouragement will breathe life into your soul.

This blog exists because we believe God still speaks. And when He speaks, hearts shift. Chains break. Purpose is awakened.

So whether you’re reading this before work, during a quiet moment at lunch, or late at night when everything else finally settles down, we’re honored to walk this journey with you.

Because we’re not just writing posts.
We’re building people.
And that’s why it matters.
