Greetings and welcome to our final installment of the series "God of The Underdogs". As usual, Pastor Chris saved the best for last! Do you ever find yourself in the "betweens" of life? In a good job, but not the dream job you've been preparing for. Full of potential, but rarely called-on. Maybe even called by God for a great work, but still waiting for the door to open. In between is not a bad place to be, and Pastor Chris gives us some great examples and practical wisdom to help get all that you can out these seasons so that you can be fully equipped when God says go! We hope this series has encouraged and empowered you. We would love to hear how God is working through this ministry and in your lives.

David was, to say the least, a multi-faceted character: Leader, warrior, worshiper, friend, musician, king, adulterer, murderer and father (to name a few). But ultimately, he is known as a man after God's own heart. What you may not realize is that he got his start as an underdog; overlooked by his own father when destiny came calling, and underestimated by his enemy in one of the most retold stories of all time. Follow along as Pastor Chris unpacks David's amazing story. You may find that your story just might look like his more than you think! We are so glad you've chosen to join us for this series "God of The Underdogs". If you have been impacted by this ministry, we would love to hear from you!

When you think of Moses, what comes to mind? Something akin to a Biblical superstar as the deliverer of the Israelites? How about murderer or fugitive or shepherd or wanderer? However you view Moses' life, Pastor Chris shows us that he was a lot like us, with questions, doubts, and fears. He truly lived the life of an underdog until God got his attention and Moses' obedience opened the door for one of the greatest events in human history. This message is for anyone who needs encouragement to take the steps away from the current holding pattern into God's adventure. Who knows what's on the other side of your simple act of obedience!

Welcome to the 4th installment of our series "God of The Underdogs". In today's study, Pastor Chris finds our "underdog" in the story of Jacob and Esau. Like Jacob, many in our culture are stuck in the "me first" life, and like Esau, many fall prey to poor, short-sighted decisions. Maybe you or someone you know is caught up in striving for identity and success at any cost. Maybe more is simply never enough. If you struggle with a terminal "me first" life and an unsatisfying identity, take heart! God can give you a new name! Thanks for joining us today. We sincerely hope that you are blessed by this ministry.

Greetings and welcome from all of us at Destiny Church of Jacksonville! This is our 3rd message from the series "God of The Underdogs", and although the title may remind you of a movie and a song, Pastor Chris would rather talk to you about your past. It's one of the things that we all have, and many are in bondage to it; allowing the past to define the present and limit the future. If your life hasn't quite turned out like you dreamed it would, this may be one of the most important messages you'll ever hear, so grab your Bible and journal and listen in for the next few minutes.
